L'histoire
La genèse de PropOS.
A syndic in Casablanca was managing 14 buildings with a stack of Excel files, a WhatsApp group per building, a Word template for every notice, and a separate notebook for cash receipts. Every month-end she lost an entire Saturday to reconciling who paid what.
The tools she could buy were either built for European condominiums (no Arabic, no CMI, no Wafacash) or so cheap they barely worked. Neither understood that when a Moroccan resident pays at CashPlus and brings a paper receipt, that's not an edge case — it's the most common path.
PropOS is the platform she would have built if she had a software team. Mobile-first for residents, web-rich for the syndic, AI-assisted for the legal and financial work that normally costs a lawyer or accountant 800 MAD per task. All in French, English, and Arabic — because half of every building speaks each.

Confidentialité par défaut
Aucun traceur tiers sur le site marketing. Les appels d'IA sont exécutés côté serveur afin que les noms et données financières des résidents n'apparaissent jamais dans des journaux tiers. Conforme RGPD et Loi 09-08 dès l'origine.
Le mobile d'abord, le web pour les traitements lourds
Les résidents vivent sur leur téléphone — l'application mobile est l'endroit où se déroule la vie quotidienne. Les syndics ont besoin d'outils puissants comparables à des tableurs avancés — l'application web est faite pour les traitements en volume. Les deux partagent un même back-end.

The reality on the ground
What changes for a Moroccan syndic in week one.
